SITUATION:
CorpInfo Services, consistently named one of the top 20 Systems
Integrators in the United States by Network Magazine had
been hired by a client to integrate IBM's Net Commerce Server
into the development of an online natural products grocery
store and to serve as the technical advisor to the client's
e-commerce site development.
CHALLENGE: CorpInfo Services and their
client were in need of market research and a marketing plan that
would brand the online grocery store consistently across all
customer touch points.
SOLUTION: Marketingweb provided valuable
assistance to CorpInfo Services and their client through a comprehensive
research program which helped the client understand the technical
pitfalls of website design as applied to the target market. Marketingweb
followed up with the creation of a proposed national merged media
campaign focused on driving traffic to the e-commerce site, building
